Order processing times
We ship from the beautiful state of Virginia all across the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia. In-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays.Â
During major sales events, please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. We're a small but mighty shop and we will get your order shipped as soon as we can. As always, your patience and understanding are appreciated.

Shipping rates
We use USPS to ship 95% of our packages, as it offers the most economical pricing. If you require shipping via UPS or FedEx due to address limitations or personal preference, contact us before placing your order for a customized quote. If you do not, your order will ship USPS.
Shipping rates are based on a combination of package weight, size, and destination. This helps us keep shipping costs affordable and allows us to offer free domestic shipping on orders $105+.

Please note that the free shipping threshold order total must be met on each single order. We will not combine shipping on multiple orders to meet the free shipping threshold or refund shipping on subsequent orders.
At our discretion, high value orders will require signature confirmation at the time of delivery. If you would like to add signature confirmation on orders $105+, please select Free shipping with signature confirmation at checkout. (You might have to click the down arrow to next to shipping to see the option.) While the shipping charge is free for you, the $3.85 fee is for the cost of signature confirmation.
For those living in apartments, we have seen increased incidences of lost, misdelivered, and stolen packages. We encourage all apartment dwellers to request signature confirmation to ensure you receive your package. We are not responsible for your mail once we hand it over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Though not listed here, we do ship to USA Territories and to our Armed Forces abroad. Your shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International shipping
International shipping rates at checkout do not include customs fees, duties, or taxes. You -- the buyer -- are responsible for all customs fees accessed on your order. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations and fee structures so you understand your obligations once your package arrives.
International orders that are returned and marked as undeliverable or refused for any reason will not be refunded shipping charges and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

International buyers using shipping consolidators (re-shippers)
We've seen an increase in international buyers shipping orders to third party shipping consolidators/reshippers. Some of these companies have questionable practices and we strongly advise that you vet the company you are paying to repackage and reship your orders. We have no control over what they do with your package when they receive it.
To that end, once your package has been marked as accepted by USPS or other shipping provider, Bloomerie Fabrics is no longer responsible for your package. We will not offer refunds of any kind if any issue arises concerning your order. No exceptions. By purchasing from us, you agree to this and all other Bloomerie policies.
