Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless we made a mistake with your original order (in which case the customer can be reimbursed up to the amount we would charge to ship you the item; always contact us before returning your order so we can advise on how to ship it). In addition, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once returned items are received and deemed re-sellable, will we issue a pro-rated refund via original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt for your refund to be processed.
