Orders

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. During times of high-volume (like when we have a big sale) orders may take a few extra days on top of that. If your order was a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will only ship once all items are in-stock. We always encourage customers to place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

I have a promo code for my order. Where do I enter it?

Promo/coupon codes can be entered on the checkout screen.

I'm trying to add "x" amount of yardage to my cart but it won't let me. What's wrong?

We wish we had never-ending bolts of fabric, but those don't exist. We can only sell what we have, so if you're getting an error, we simply don't have your requested length in stock. Feel free to contact us via contact form to request a manual check of the bolt. Sometimes, we have a little more than the website states.

With the Bloomerie Fabrics 7-day price policy, though, you'll never have to worry about that feeling again.

If something you bought goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, you can receive a store credit for the difference.

Reach out through the contact form and provide your order details. As long as the item is still on sale and in-stock, you'll receive store credit to be used on a future purchase.
