On cut fabric: You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a partial refund. (A 20% restocking fee applies to returned fabric.) Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded. Returned fabric must be in original condition. This means it must be un-cut, unwashed, odor-free (including smoke), and without stains, marks, pet hair, etc.

On clearance fabric: Fabric priced $7.50 and below cannot be returned. No exceptions.

On pre-cuts: Returns will not be accepted on pre-cuts. No exceptions.

On patterns: Due to copyright laws, returns will not be accepted on patterns. Sorry, but there are no exceptions.

On notions/gifts/tools: Returns will not be accepted on notions, tools, gift items, and accessories. No exceptions.

To return cut fabric, contact us before mailing. Refunds will not be given on returns without prior approval. We suggest returning the fabric in the resealable plastic bag it was shipped to you in. This will help protect it from the elements.

Once the return is received and deemed re-sellable, allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

Undeliverable or refused packages

Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable or refused for any reason will not be refunded shipping and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
