Lost/Damaged Packages

We do not assume responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. These are factors that are out of our control.

If your package is lost, please contact your local post office first so they can attempt to locate your package through internal means. After you've done that, you may contact us to let us know and we'll provide any information that we have.

If you wish to do so, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the post office. This is so that you will be reimbursed directly instead of us. As a side note, this often helps the package recovery process.

We will not reship lost or damaged packages. A new order will need to be placed.
