We have a lot to celebrate this birthday -- and we're feelin' the love. Time for another giveaway!  Read carefully; this could get hairy.
  1. Here are the cool quilt patterns we carry.
  2. Here's the next awesome giveaway prize (baby & crib not included!)
  3. Comment below to tell us what colors you'd use for this beauty.

OK, we fibbed.  It was way simple.  Good luck to everyone!

The rules:  Your e-mail address is required to leave a comment, but it will not display publicly on the blog. We just need to be able to contact you if you win.  This giveaway is open through Saturday, October 6.  The winner will be selected via random draw and announced October 7.

10/7 UPDATE...  We're amazed at the creative ideas you submitted for this giveaway. You guys are great!  We did a random draw at (what else?) random.org, and we now have a winner.

Congratulations, Kat!

I have always been attracted to this Houndstooth Quilt Pattern by V and Co. I would make it in a spring green and white colorway. Happy Birthday Bloomerie!

I’m thinking black and white, but with a plaid aspect to the houndstooth with a teal? make sense?

I’d do it in two similar colours. I think two reds (deep rich reds) would look amazing.

For a little girl: make it unexpected with pale delicate gray and bright coral or paprika, or that same gray and a willow green for a softer look. For a boy- to go traditional with classic navy pindot and clean whitewash or dramatic with a rust red and very pale orange.

I think I’d go with light pink and gorgeous teal for a girl, and either blue and white or red and white for a boy.

I love houndstooth in gray and white. I’d do that, with one random “tooth” in a bright color.

I would like to try it in a solid / pattern combo. Maybe the new Marmelade fleur de lis in Tangerine with a ‘cream’, or the Cushion in Dust Poppies in Green with maybe a cream or pale blue that picks up the flower. Also thought about some of the smaller patterned prints in Rock n Romance.
This pattern would be a lot of fun to play with.

I would like a blue/yellow combo, but would actually make it black/white as shown for our school colors and use it as a stadium blanket since my little ones aren’t little anymore. :(
