I’m thinking black and white, but with a plaid aspect to the houndstooth with a teal? make sense?
I’d do it in two similar colours. I think two reds (deep rich reds) would look amazing.
I would do it in an aqua & blue
Hot pink and white all the way. It would look so hip for a little lady!
Aqua and White…my current favorites! Thanks for the chance and Happy Birthday!
I LOVE houndstooth! I’d probably do yellow and fuschia, nice and bold!
I’d like to try it in grey and green.
i see olive green and deep purple, yum
For a little girl: make it unexpected with pale delicate gray and bright coral or paprika, or that same gray and a willow green for a softer look. For a boy- to go traditional with classic navy pindot and clean whitewash or dramatic with a rust red and very pale orange.
I think I’d go with light pink and gorgeous teal for a girl, and either blue and white or red and white for a boy.
Navy blue and white – love this unique pattern!
Hot pink and orange would be my choice. I love these two colors together, and this pattern is perfect for them.
Grey and hot pink! I just sewed a purse with white and black houndstooth with hot pink on the inside and a grey and white chevron pillow with a hot pink back. Loving this quilt!
What a pretty pattern…I’d use tropical shades of blue and green batiks. Thanks for the sweet giveaway! Happy Birthday!!
Oh, I love this pattern and would make one in black and white, one in grey and white and one in houndstooth and white!!!
30’s pink kona cotton and white . Thanks for the giveaway. Janita
Love this! It would be hot pink and black.
I love this pattern! First I would make it in Army Black & Gold, then another in a beachy aqua and sand. Happy Birthday!
Bright, bright grass green and neon yellow to catch any baby’s eye.
Gray and white would look great in my living room.
Gorgeous quilt! I would use a text print for the white background and red and aqua for the the rest.
Happy birthday! I would love to make that quilt in lime green and white! That would fit boy or girl baby! Love the pattern…mcantril@kc.rr.com
Great pattern, I would do it in hot pink and black!
I love houndstooth in gray and white. I’d do that, with one random “tooth” in a bright color.
I would like to try it in a solid / pattern combo. Maybe the new Marmelade fleur de lis in Tangerine with a ‘cream’, or the Cushion in Dust Poppies in Green with maybe a cream or pale blue that picks up the flower. Also thought about some of the smaller patterned prints in Rock n Romance.
This pattern would be a lot of fun to play with.
Blue and white!
Pale pink and cream… not my colors, but as a baby gift for my niece.
Soft gray and white with a few tangerine pieces thrown in
I would use light yellow on cream to give it a little vintage yet soft feel.
Happy B-Day, I luv this pattern! I’d make it in teal & black, then chartreuse & white and keep going through the color wheel.
I would like a blue/yellow combo, but would actually make it black/white as shown for our school colors and use it as a stadium blanket since my little ones aren’t little anymore. :(
Hot pink and navy!

I have always been attracted to this Houndstooth Quilt Pattern by V and Co. I would make it in a spring green and white colorway. Happy Birthday Bloomerie!
